The 3 Positions beginners get wrong with their handstands and how to fix them.

Yes, I know, it’s a long title and I’m sticking with it.

I might even make it part of a series called, ‘Why Most Yogis Suck at Handstands.’

My friend came up with it and I’m kind of down to take it. I told him I might. He chuckled.

And when I say suck I’m talking about that straight line many of us are after.

That’s where these 3 positions come in.

I’m not talking about shapes either.

I’m talking about:

1. Hand position
2. Head position
3. Hip position
